Thank you for shopping at Soye Korean Beauty. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains when returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, and damaged-item claims may be accepted.

1. Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging;
  • In the same condition in which you received it;
  • Sealed, where applicable;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Due to the nature of beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, tested, altered, damaged after delivery, or are missing seals, labels, packaging, or protective wrapping.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, beauty, or personal care products;
  • Products with broken hygiene seals or removed protective packaging;
  • Gift cards;
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or final-sale items;
  • Free gifts, samples, promotional items, or items not purchased directly from Soye Korean Beauty;
  • Items returned without prior authorization;
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, negligence, or normal wear.

3. How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your full name;
  • Order number;
  • Email address used for the order;
  • Item name;
  • Reason for return;
  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable.

Do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without approval may be refused and may not be eligible for refund.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@soyekorea.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of:

  • The product;
  • The shipping box or mailer;
  • The packing materials;
  • Any damaged areas;
  • The shipping label.

If we confirm that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion, in accordance with applicable law.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process the refund after we issue it.

Shipping fees, route protection, gift wrapping, taxes, duties, and other non-product charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges. If you want a different product, shade, size, or variant, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact@soyekorea.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled. If the order has already shipped, you may request a return if the item is eligible under this Policy.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customer refusal, we may deduct shipping fees, return shipping fees, carrier charges, and any non-refundable costs from any refund.

10. Allergic Reactions and Product Sensitivities

Skincare and beauty products may affect individuals differently. We recommend reviewing all ingredients before purchase and performing a patch test before use.

Soye Korean Beauty is not responsible for individual reactions, allergies, sensitivities, or misuse of products. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

11. Products Purchased Elsewhere

We can only assist with products purchased directly from Soye Korean Beauty. If you purchased a product from another retailer, marketplace, or third-party seller, please contact that seller directly.
