This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled by Soye Korean Beauty.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. During holidays, sales, launches, high-volume periods, or unforeseen delays, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

We may expand shipping locations in the future. Some products may be unavailable for certain locations due to carrier restrictions, regulations, inventory, or fulfillment limitations.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, order value, package weight, and carrier availability.

Any free-shipping offer, if available, will be subject to the terms displayed at checkout or in the promotion.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Carrier delays, weather events, incorrect addresses, customs issues, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

After your order ships, you may receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Soye Korean Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@soyekorea.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  • Check around your delivery area;
  • Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or mailroom personnel;
  • Contact the carrier directly;
  • Contact us at contact@soyekorea.com for assistance.

Soye Korean Beauty is not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked as delivered by the carrier, unless required by law. We will review each case and may assist with filing a carrier claim where available.

8. Delayed Shipments

We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the stated processing time. If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, or if no timeframe is promised within the period required by applicable law, we will contact you regarding the delay and available options.

9. Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or unclaimed package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping fees may apply. If a refund is issued, shipping charges, return fees, and carrier charges may be deducted unless prohibited by law.

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@soyekorea.com with your order number and photos of the damaged package, product, shipping label, and packing materials.

Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

11. International Shipping

At this time, we do not guarantee international shipping. If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
